How can I place an order?
To purchase a piece from Risemberg, simply select “Add to Cart” on the product page and proceed to “Checkout” once you’re ready. You’ll be guided through our secure checkout process, where you can enter your delivery address and, if different, your billing details. The final step is completing your secure payment, where you’ll be able to choose from several accepted payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin preparing your order as soon as it’s confirmed, so modifications or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
An estimated delivery date will be displayed during checkout. Please note that this date is indicative and may vary slightly. The confirmed delivery timeframe from our courier will be provided once your order has been dispatched from our atelier.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €300.
What RISEMBERG packaging will my order arrive in?
All Risemberg purchases are carefully prepared in our signature packaging. Each handbag is protected by a cotton dust bag and placed inside our Risemberg box for an elegant unboxing experience.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return my online order?
If you wish to return your Risemberg piece, please contact our customer care team at risembergstudio@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide detailed instructions.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Do you offer exchanges?
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You can return your item and place a new order for your desired piece.
